LEPAKSHIGDK SHOWROOM is an online and offline ethnic wear store offering sarees and lehengas at wholesale-level and retail prices. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our website, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Product Information & Pricing

  • All product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Slight variations in color, design, or texture may occur due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, or fabric availability.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • SRILAXMI ANANTHULA reserves the right to change product prices, offers, or availability at any time without prior notice.

  • Special pricing under ₹599 or ₹999 reflects wholesale-level offers, subject to stock availability.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • In case of order cancellation by LEPAKSHIGDK SHOWROOM, any payment received will be refunded as per our refund policy.

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total price of the order:

  • Up to 599rs – ₹100
  • From  600rs to 999rs – ₹130
  • From  1000rs to 1499rs – ₹150
  • From  2000rs  – ₹200

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Lepakshigdk Show Room is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns and refunds are available subject to product eligibility.

  • Customers must provide a clear 360-degree unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

  • The video must show the package seal, product condition, and any issue clearly.

  • Claims without an unboxing video or with edited/unclear footage will not be accepted.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Refunds will be processed after quality inspection and approval.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree:

  • To provide accurate personal, shipping, and payment information

  • Not to misuse the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities

  • Not to attempt to damage, hack, or disrupt website functionality
