Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. All orders are processed and dispatched from our store with proper quality checks and secure packaging.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total price of your order:

  • Up to 599rs – ₹100

  • From  600rs to 999rs – ₹130

  • From  1000rs to 1499rs – ₹150

  • From  2000rs  – ₹200

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 8–9 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons, sales, or high-volume periods, processing time may vary slightly.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery timelines generally range from 8 to 9 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional delivery time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted third-party courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you, where applicable.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Lepakshigdk Showroom is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Courier partner delays

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

In such cases, we will assist you to the best of our ability.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Please record a 360-degree unboxing video before opening

  • Contact us immediately with the video proof

  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.
